I am a climate-hopeful.

My work is rooted in adaptation, community-driven change, and a deep commitment to fostering hope-filled climate solutions.

I am a sustainability strategist, educator, and environmental justice advocate helping organizations navigate the complex intersections of climate action, ethical leadership, and spiritual ecology. With 15 years of experience spanning higher education, nonprofits, businesses, and faith-based institutions, I bring a unique ability to bridge research, strategy, and storytelling—ensuring that sustainability efforts are both impactful and deeply rooted in mission and values.

My path to consulting grew from a desire to help institutions move beyond surface-level sustainability goals and toward truly regenerative, justice-oriented solutions. With a Master of Divinity from Yale Divinity School and a Master of Science in Environmental Education, I have worked as an environmental educator, climate organizer, and strategic advisor, always focusing on how we navigate the climate crisis—not just how we mitigate it.

What sets me apart is my ability to blend data-driven strategy with human-centered solutions. My work is informed by leading sustainability frameworks (WELL Building, UN Sustainable Development Goals, Living Building Challenge, AASHE STARS), yet deeply shaped by the realities of climate grief, institutional change, and the need for hopeful, action-oriented leadership. Whether guiding an organization’s sustainability strategy, designing climate-responsive liturgy, or helping leaders adapt to the challenges ahead, my approach is always practical, creative, and empathetic.
